Allison will work with you one-on-one to establish an individualized, effective program that will allow you to reach your fitness goals quickly and safely. Although personal training sessions are 60 minutes long, Allison is available via phone or email at any time to answer questions, give directions about exercises, or to provide that much needed encouragement to finish a workout on your own!
There is no such thing as a “cookie cutter” workout with Allison. During your first session, she will find out your personal likes and dislikes regarding exercise, and then use this information to creative a workout that is effective and fun. Allison’s extensive schooling in exercise physiology allows her to draw upon a huge range of exercises- you’ll never get bored!
